Most commercial mushrooms we buy in the supermarket are grown on dung. However, we are proud to grow our mushrooms on oak, thereby emulating the powerful nutrition of those grown in the wild. We harvest blue oyster mushrooms and lions mane mushrooms all year round, and others based on the season... all with ultimate flavor and quality.
